Well I’m sorry to hear of your troubles with the Alpha. I will say that for their price point they are the best hardware on the market. However there are a multitude of customer service issues with them as well so that must be taken into consideration. I can tell you that you will most likely get this resolved but you must be persistent. Hound them with emails and eventually you will get an RMA. At least that was my experience on my Bravo. It did take some time and lots of aggravation but eventually my problem was resolved.
