Seems like this has been a while, but I wonder if (and how) you resolved the issue. I’m having the exact same problem with a Virtual Fly V3RNIO+ TPM that WAS working properly for a couple of months - I’ve tried different ports, cables, powered hubs, different computers, OS updates, nothing has worked to resolve this. Would sure buy somebody a beer if they had a solution!
