Landing gear lights on Bravo Throttle Quadrant flicker or dim when gear down or in transit.
Anyone else? I’ve submitted a request to Honeycomb support but haven’t heard anything back.
Anyone else have this issue with the Bravo Throttle Quadrant? I’ve submitted a ticket to Honeycomb but haven’t received a response from them. The gear lights will flicker or dim while the gear is down or in transit.
You can directly check all your LED with this application
So you can check, whether it is a Bravo problem or something else
Yeah my gear lights actually don’t work at all. All the other LEDs work ok. Tested and confirmed with x-mas tree app. And for me I’ll just live with it… don’t want to wait another 2 or 3 months for replacement -.-

Tested using the Christmas Tree app. Tried different USB ports on my PC. All of the other lights work fine except the gear lights, which flicker and dim. I wonder if the port just isn’t supplying enough power for them? Seems odd that the others would work, though.
I’ve contacted Honeycomb through their support site and through email. No response in 2 days.
I actually opened a ticket with aerosoft although i haven’t bought it through them and they anwered immediately. They offered me to send it back which I kindly turned down for obvious delivery reasons. I don’t really look at those lights anyway… The Bravo is awesome besides
Honeycomb finally responded. Filmed a few videos of the issue. They wanted to just leave it alone and see if it continued. I pressed them for a return and repair/placement, which they grudgingly agreed to. I’m not super thrilled with their support experience. I have a demonstrated problem and they wanted me to let it go? After spending $250 on their product? I’ve started the return process, which they say will take three weeks to repair it after they receive it. What on earth could possibly take so long?

Now they’re telling me that it will take 7-10 days JUST TO SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL. What in the world???

Yep. Sold my Bravo and didn’t look back. Problem solved. They told me it could be up to 6months to get a repaired unit back.
