Honeycomb Bravo - Gear lights flickering and dimming

Honeycomb finally responded. Filmed a few videos of the issue. They wanted to just leave it alone and see if it continued. I pressed them for a return and repair/placement, which they grudgingly agreed to. I’m not super thrilled with their support experience. I have a demonstrated problem and they wanted me to let it go? After spending $250 on their product? I’ve started the return process, which they say will take three weeks to repair it after they receive it. What on earth could possibly take so long?
