I’ve noticed that when I am in dialog boxes, such as the checklist, in the Kodiak for sure, other planes not so sure, there is an “out of focus” thing happened where I have to click the mouse somewhere on the screen other than the checklist window to get my throttle quadrant levers (Honeycomb Bravo) to have subsequent movement… I should add, anytime I have the in-game checklist pulled up, no control inputs work until “out” of the checklist window, not even my rudder pedals respond whilst taxiing with the mouse having “focused” the checklist window.
This is a reported issue.

This was on the list of bugs to be fixed in SU8, scheduled for release first week in March, I believe.
