Also MSFS does not properly detect inputs from the bravo when configuring keybindings. Most of the time it detects button 15 + button 16 no matter what input I give.

Sounds like there’s a bad connection in your unit. You may want to send it back in for replacement, or violate your warranty and try repairing it manually.
