I am awaiting the delivery of my Honeycomb Bravo Throttle quadrant. Are there profiles or control assignments already for this in MSFS 2024? I’m wondering how much setup and customization will be necessary the first time I plug it in and start the Sim.
I am currently using a Class Echo controller with a SpadneXt profile but it’s pretty much for just the G1000 in the aircraft I can find good profiles for (208 Caravan). Hopefully the Bravo will allow me to use it in a wider range of aircraft. I’m not really interested in learning how to create my own profiles in SpadneXt. I find it not intuitive for me to use. I am most interested in single engine turbo props with more performance than the C208B Caravan. Any input or help from experienced users appreciated.
The Bravo is a good Throttle quadrant. There are good youtube videos by simhangar and rmag on how to set it up, ie the bindings.
Thank you for your response. I have watched the excellent Rmag videos. I was mostly inquiring on what was available already in MSFS 24 settings.
Yes, as the Bravo is officially supported by both MSFS2020 and 2024 there are default bindings setup for it.
That said, they are basic, and sometimes conflicting.
RMAG and SimHangar will sort that out for you.
I have the Bravo hooked up and see many of the bindings are in FS2024. Looking forward to creating some specific profiles. The control settings/bindings in FS2024 have been too confusing for me to use much. Guess now is the time to just get into it and figure them out. Thanks to those who responded here.
