Hi, not sure if this should be a bug report, or navigation. But I noticed after the last update the Horizon line has all but gone. My eyes and possibly fly skill, are not that good, and I really relied on that line. Is there an assistance option to make it come back. Or can the developers please put it back. I don’t understand why it’s gone….
Hang on, I just realised there is a tools and utilities sub forum, maybe I should have posted there. Anyway, I am sure the forum moderators will find the right slot to put it, maybe in the bin.
The horizon line was made less noticeable in last sim update, or so they said.
Removing it completely, was not possible with out major changes in code, or so they said.
Someone wanting it back or more visible, is unheard in these forums…

Nope rolling cache has absolutely nothing to do with this issue, it was clearly talked about in the last Q&A in that they’ve made an attempt to “fix” it but they could not fully get rid of it (made worse IMO), but they have fixed it for the next sim.
Again just because you and others “don’t see it” doesn’t mean to say it’s been fixed entirely and no longer exists.

My theory why only certain people suffered (or benefit) from it is, that it is more visible for lower screen resolutions. If this atmospheric backscatter is calculated in screen space, this even makes sense.
