**Hotas 4 **
How do you get the Hotas 4 to work on MSFS 2024? I have the latest firmware, and the game is updated. When I start MSFS 2024, it shows in the joystick settings that the Hotas 4 is connected. But there is no image of the joystick, and I can’t make any configurations. Does anyone know what the issue might be?
Will Thrustmaster update the firmware to make it work more seamlessly?

Thank you, but I have already tried to follow the instructions in the PDF from Thrustmaster. It doesn’t work.
Hotas 4 shows up under “device name.” However, it does not appear under “General controls” or “Airplanes control.”
The image of the Hotas 4 joystick does not appear.
This is correct. Maybe this is one of the many things that will be addressed in the upcoming updates , but as it stands, MSFS 2024 does not include the mapping for the HOTAS 4. It needs to be manually created, as described starting on page 2 of the suggested document.
just logged on and my HOTAS 4 is now shown on the right of screen and all the default settings are there. Must have been an update since last night. Great, all is working correctly now.
What is going on? Last night my HOTAS 4 was showing up correctly at last, with all the default settings and a picture in the right hand description column. Today that has disappeared and it is back to my original home made settings.
My Hotas 4 also did not have any default mapping.
I was able to map some controls for airplanes but I have no idea how to map controls for helicopters so I haven’t been able to try them out yet, almost two weeks since the release of the game.
And tonight a big update but they have ignored the controller problem. Why did my Hotas 4 work correctly just for one day? Raised a bug report with Zendesk but still nothing works.
