Just upgraded with the new patch of FS2020, and found that my Joystick Thrustmaster Hotas one is no longer recognized by the computer !!! It is stuck with the xbox button on and reinstalled the driver without success…

Maybe try plugging into a different USB port?
does windows itself recognozed it ? Is it present in the USB Gamecontroller ?
No, even windows stopped recognizing the joystick function, but if you press the Xbox button you get the menu pop up, so communication is present, just that the patch has messed up the joystick function deeply

but how can the issue be in MSFS if also windows ifself not recongnize the Thrustmaster ?
The only other thing I can suggest is check the inline connector on the hotas cable. Mine got pulled out a bit once and the hotas wouldn’t work.

Since tje last updat on xbox series x I can finally save tjd setup. I did have to unplug it then plug it back in to see the full setup
Gladly I can bind toggle reverse thrust to B5 which is unused for easier landing
