Hotas One Thrust issue

In the last couple of days my thrust settings on the Hotas One have started playing up for no reason that I can establish. I can only set the thrust at either 0% or 100%. There is no inbetween. I move the throttle forward slowly and it stays at 0%. When i get to just over half way it shoots all the way up to 100%.

This is very frustrating!

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Sounds like calibration issue. If you assigned the throttle to it in the game i think you use windows to calibrate. I use spadnext and it is done there. I have had control loose calibration with windows so one reason i swtich to spadnext or fsuipc
