Do you still have this issue? I do believe it is some online broken on your cloud saved files. I would try to delete the cloud save and try again:

Hi thanks for the response.

I did the recommended deletion of the old cloud cache folder, but still cannot bind the propellers to the joysticks. Just to be more specific as to the model joystick i am using is Model: T.Flight Hotas X Thrustmaster. One thing about removing the old cloud folder is that now i can see ALL of my planes in the aircraft library for which before, some planes were missing.

Either way i found the propeller binding to the keyboard for which i verified working, but have since removed the bind. I figure it may have been a conflict with the Hotas X, but after removing the keyboard bind and verifying the Hotas X propeller bind, it still does not work.

So till then i have no choice but to use the keyboard bind for the propellers because it appears that is the only thing working vs try to use the props via Hotas bind

Thanks

Can you please post a picture showing the bind you want to assign on MSFS options? I can test it with TFHX on my side.

These are the same bind used in MSFS 2020.

If i were to use “Propeller Axis” at the very top, it will work, but only half way. Meaning regardless if i were to push the props forward, or backwards and let go of the slider on the Hotas X, the props reset it self the middle of the console. The levers will not stay up, or down but will move to a middle position and stay there.

I rebind back to Increase and Decrease prop pitch; head back to the plane, even restarting the flight. Nothing!

Thanks for the help…

Hello,

I find a way to map it correctly.
In this case, you cannot use the scan option. You will need to manually bind it as it is only one axis for both “buttons”. So, manually you will bind if the propeller will increase when you increase the axis. Follow as I did here:

Ok it works now Thank You!

I didn’t use the Increase, or Decrease (Small) because it moved 1 prop vs both and only by a small inch.

The other Axis in my original post works after binding it manually vs search for input.

Thanks this is the solution for me in regards to binding propellers via Hotas X joystick.
