I don’t believe any of that. Send me one of your PCs you have so i can evaluate it for a month or two… or twelve 
On a serious note, i would really like to know why some people with high end configs get dreadful performance, whilst i’m just ok on high to ultra with my 5 year old PC. And it’s even weirder when there’s others like you, with similar configs as the other guys, getting great performance.
