How do I get a refund for a repeated FAILED download? PAYPAL dispute!?

After several failed attempts at different times to download an Orbx product via Marketplace. And YES, about 750GB of free SSD space. And YES, NO problem with my Sky fibre BB. I am now at a loss. How do I get a refund, so I can purchase and get the download direct from Orbx? Really annoying!

Then next page click on “Submit a Request”.

Select Marketplace from the drop-down.
