Hi there, How do I remove Navigraph after cancelling the Monthly subscription, It says access denied.. In order to remove the app I need to start the subscription again?.. I have to pay again so that I can cancel. I don’t think so..
Any info or help is greatly appreciated. TIA

“If your subscription has ended”
If your subscription has ended , then you can´t login any longer in the “Navigraph Hub”. Please follow exactly these steps, when you want to remove our data - to use the stock data again:
- Close your sim
- Delete your
content.xmlfile - the location of this file depends on your sim-version (Steam/Marketplace) - you find the correct location here - Start the sim
From now on your sim uses the stock data again.
Hi thanks for the help…I looked for the content but could not find it.. The closest file is the html file I believe…
There’s another link in there that helps you find it based on your version (Steam / Store). From your profile looks like store.
Try here;
C:\Users\YourProfile\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
Delete the file called “Content”. That’s the Content.xml file but you have your system set to not show some extensions which is why you don’t see it.
Once you re-launch the sim it will rebuild with the sim nav data.
I have a question, How would I know that the Navigraph has been deleted and the new sim nav data accepted?
As the content.xml file was removed from the sim quite awhile ago, and only used by Navigraph, it probably isn’t there anymore, which tells you Navigraph isn’t writing to it. If it is there, you shouldn’t have these entries anymore.
Another way to tell, launch the sim and do the following;
- Options
- general Options
- Experimental
- Package Reorder Tool - ON
This will open up the Package Reorder Tool window (this is the replacement for the Content.xml file).
Scroll to the bottom, and if you had Navigraph installed it would be there at the bottom with the highest priority so that it is used versus the sim Nav Data.
An interesting chicken, and the egg problem with an easy workaround. ![]()
