I’m pretty new to this. I recently found out about the pln files and how awesome some routes can be.
Anyway, I notice sometimes when I fly past a waypoint, it gets “marked” and the next waypoint becomes the main waypoint on my screen (indicator marking towards it and showing the distance). But also, sometimes the waypoint stays the main waypoint even though I fly trough it multiple times, it still doesn’t update to make the next point the “main” indicated waypoint.
Can I manually mark waypoints as being passed somehow?

Are you referring to waypoints on a GPS / NAV Display? Or the ones shown on the main screen from an assist?
The ones on the main screen, where the blue arrow points towards and shows the distance.
Sometimes when I pass one, the next one on the route becomes the one being pointed to. But not always.
