I have no issue with the SIM but many friends in Europe do. That’s the ‘crash’ issue because of the BING WORLD DATA. and it has been reported all over the place. Any company I know of keep people posted about outages. Why is is so hard for you to do the same ? People can understand when there are issues but silence… !
