At least the first image is the official installation folder of MSFS. You should not manipulate anything in there via Windows Explorer. If you want to uninstall or install something there, then via the Content Manager directly in MSFS. Otherwise you destroy your installation. In the community directory you can delete and copy as you like, but not in the installation directory. At least not if you don’t know what you are doing.
