Have you checkt the event viewer (thx D1rtyDuckUK for the translation!) from windows. I do not know the english phrase. In german it is calles “Ereignisanzeige”.
This is part of the OS and will show different events devided in apps/installation/security/system

Do not give up. Every little bit of feedback and maybe only due to crash reports will give them datapoints they can work on.
