How to Add Text to a Sign?

I’ve been working in the SDK and doing basic stuff like adding scenery. I would like to add a sign or two, and found this in the Scenery (fs-base Panel_Sign_Big_02). How do I put text on that sign? I see no way to do it on the Properties or any other panel I can display.

You’ll have to create your own 3D model and texture with the text for that… unless you find the material the object is using and add text in photoshop to that. Don’t know if that is possible though.
