How to assign Win+Y?

Hi there
I need a shortcut to change mouse focus to be able to use vpilot better in sim. I tried assigning trough FSUIPC, but FSUIPC dont seem to detect the Win key.
Any suggestions?

I got John Dawsons attention regarding this function, and the posibillity to assign via fsuipc will be implemented today if possible. Fingers crossed
