[How To] Better organize planes in your hanger (rename, sort, set default liveries)

UI needs an update.

VERY much so. Its all shine and no show… Two things would make it way better

1. Set default planes in the hanger (Sort order, preferred liveries).
2. Profile assignment by aircraft.

That would go a long way…
