On the “Data Tracking Reset Day” just move the bar to the day you are (ex: today is November 15th, so set it up to 15), restart the sim and you counter should be cleared. Since the sim is loading some data at startup you may already have some MB showing up.
If you let it on 15 then every 15th of the month, the counter will be cleared.
Did you restart the sim ?, Try with the 16, maybe a server timing matter.
