When I try I’m not allowed !

You have successfully created this topic so your account isn’t silenced (unable to create topics). I suspect you were trying to create a topic in a restricted category:

Or you were trying to create a topic in a top-level category. Top-level categories are read-only categories used to group similar categories together. In the example below, Virtual Reality (VR) is a top-level category, users such as yourself can post in its sub-categories “General”, “Cockpit Interaction”, “In-Flight Menus & Toolbar”, “Cameras” and “Hardware & Performance”.
