I’ve found that FaceTrack is a great feature to start tracking your head movement. Over the years it’s progressed and started tracking a face really well. It’s free, easy to install and use. If you don’t want to bother yourself with TrackIR, LEDs, iPhones and other stuff you spend money or time on constructing a device, then this might be the right choice for you.

Instead of facetrack - use smoothtrack (if you are on ios). The current version only works with faceid phones but you can get a beta from testflight that works with all ios. The tracking is incredibly smooth!!
