It’s not possible to get P2A to use msfs data, but you can synchronize the two using Navigraph data. You have to have a Navigraph subscription to get that.
Thank you.
That is sad to say the least. I am all set to purchase P2A but if it won’t use the inaccurate msfs data (which we appear to be stuck with for the foreseeable future) then it may not be worth it.
I have nothing against using a Navigraph subscription but whilst the FMS updates seem reasonable, the annual subscription with the charts seems excessive, particularly as there are services such as Chartfox etc out there.
Pilot2ATC comes with an outdated AIRAC of Navigraph. If you have a Navigraph subscription you can update both Pilot2ATC and MSFS to the latest AIRAC, thus syncing the nav database across the two apps.
I do this with MSFS, Pilot2ATC, and SimBrief.
You can get Navigraph nav data only updates paid annually for significanly less that the full charts product.
Mañý thanks.
I don’t get an option to update MSFS, just P2ATC.
Is there a trick?
Will the update sync taxiways between the sim and P2A as well?
MSFS and P2ATC use different installers. You need the Navigraph Navdata Center for MSFS/Aerosoft updates, and the Navigraph FMC manager for P2ATC
