How to increase the A320 panel backlight brightness

Would you tell me how increase the light of the motor panels; I don’t find the buttons . Thank you.

If you are referring to lighting the pedestal where the Throttle Quadrant is, there is a control knob to the left and lower down, that will increase the backlight on the pedestal.
