How to program custom not official airports and runways in PMDG 737 FMC?

I have some Miltech hypothetical airports (not valid data in the fmc) and I have pmdg 737 600 (Janet Airlines:wink::flying_saucer:). What is the best method to program flightplan and make such fake airports and runways as dest. Of course FMC deny ICAO of these imaginative airports as invalid data.
My first try was to make closest valid airport as destination and then put miltechs airport by latitude/longitude data as last waypoint in FMC LEGS. That somehow worked, but I couldn’t establish runway obs course for final . Im green in these FMC magic custom wpts input algorithms… I can easily import, program and perform standard simbrief flightplan but things like cool/crazy “Janet Airlines covert flights to custom airports:wink:” demand some virtuosity FMC… Any tips?

This was a lot easier when PMDG used the old legacy navdata format, which was basically a set of text files, but now with the Navigraph ARINC compatible database one would have to know how to use a SQL read/write tool and familiarize themselves with the data dictionary and structure used by Navigraph. They are using an open source format so that’s not the issue; rather, the issue is how knowledgeable of S3db databases? Each cycle update would require you to do the same thing again.

A workaround option is to create a waypoint on the FIX page at the runway threshold and plan an approach to that.
