I purchased LFTZ Saint Tropez on the Marketplace and after installation, tried to set a flight departing Nice. Loading bar went to 100%, then just sat there. Waited 45 minutes and still nothing. Had to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get out. Rebooted the computer and tried again but originating in LFTZ and same result. Thinking it was a bad install, went to Content Manager and chose the “Delete” option. Went to LFTZ and it loaded normally. Now I want to re-install LFTZ but can find no option to do so. It says I own the software and that it is installed, but it is not. The folder is still there, but is empty. Help!!
Same thing happened to me with the ORBX London scenery. Once I deleted the ORBX, folder I was able to reinstall it.
Thank you so much, WaterLattice34!! That did the trick. I needed to delete the folder to trigger the re-install. Unfortunately, after re-installing, I am faced with the same original problem. Guess I’ll have to try to get a refund.
