I’m at cruise at FL075 and getting whipped around by winds. What I want to know is how do I see what the actual wind speed and direction are? I’m working with a GNS530 which doesn’t show it. I tried using the EFB winds overlay but it doesn’t seem to work.

One way to see real-time sim wind direction and speed is to have a third party utility show this. For example, one of the billion things you can do with Little NavMap is see the wind direction and speed displayed at the top of the map.

is that surface speed or current altitude wind speed
i mean in MSFS2024. simbrief only does IRL weather
