How to set a persistent date and time in the World Map

This is a question that has been asked before, but as time goes by, I’m ever hopeful that someone has solved this question:

In MSFS 2020, is there a way to persistently save the date and time of day in the World Map?

The JayDee World Map Filter Presets addon mod uses an XML file to override the MSFS WorldmapFilters.xml file. I no longer need to set the filters each time I open the World Map.

Unfortunately, the date and time appear to use a different scheme. After a lot of digging through program files, it appears the date and time are dynamically set for each flight.

It would be great if there were a way to preserve the date and time, or to use an addon that uses a preset date and time when the World Map is opened.

Reason: I create sightseeing flight plans using custom waypoints. For low-level flights, topography makes placing waypoints a trial-and-error exercise. Many plans require multiple flights to get the waypoints positioned accurately. Date and time have a big impact on lighting, and it is incredibly tedious to repeat setting them each time I do a test flight.
