Ahh - well - yes you can indeed.
Depending on your type of aircraft you have multiple options:
Airliner: Ask ATC for a fuel truck - this brings up the re-fuel menu (once the truck arrives)
GA (small aircraft): Find a fuel station on the airport - most have one - taxi to the fuel station brings up the re-fuel menu. You can identify most of them since they look a bit like car gas stations
