Using the A320 FlybyWire - I find with the Bravo throttles set at Detent position, the reverse thrusters are deployed. I assume that’s incorrect, but I’m not sure what I would adjust in sensitivities? to get the engines at idle when throttle is in the detent position?
Also any attempt to change sensitivities makes it want to create a new profile, are all the other settings retained when the new profile is created?
For the FBW you can adjust the lever positions in the EFB tablet inside the cockipt. Theres and option on the settings to calibrate and map the TOGA, FLX, CLB and IDLE detents with your real world positions. You can also set the reverser to the axis or not.
Thanks for that. I have tried that method now, but I still cannot get the Honeycomb throttle detent position to match the throttle detent position in the Sim cockpit. I must be missing something here, I’ll keep trying.
There is no detent on the honeycomb bravo. Where it stops is the minimal value. If you force it lower it’s just a button press, not an axis. You can see that in the windows USB controller panel.
You can simulate the detent setting any arbitrary value, it could match the drawings on the bravo for ease of use. But you’ll not physically feel it, unless you mod it yourself somehow.
