I see many videos that players walk in the back of the cabin like Cessna caravan, tbm or king air etc.
How can I do that? When I reach teh border of the cockpit, I can’t move forward
Turn 90 degrees and move sideways is how I do it but maybe a drone would be better.
drone is unstable in relation to plane movements. i really wonder how those yotubers record cabin workaround videos?
I think most of these modify their default camera views on some configuration files or have addon aircraft without this stupid limitation not being able to leave the cockpit.
I am on XSX and unfortunately cant even do this workaround… also dont understand why one cannot move on one of these cabin perspectives showcase mode (e.g. in stock A320)
It is shame because even default planes’s interiors are stunning.
You can use the drone to move around anywhere. You don’t have to change any configuration files or anything. You may need to going into the sim’s control settings page and bind a few things.
Or another way to have a quick walk around the cabin is to move your eye point. I’ve got my cursor keys set so I can do this… left right…back and forward (you you can look around with the mouse)
Again, check your control bindings in the settings.

Steve
They annoyingly have these invisible walls in the interiors of some of the default planes (like the King Air, Citation etc.). I don’t know what the reason for this is - because in some OTHER default planes there is NO invisible wall.
They need to remove these walls and let us roam free. It will make setting wingviews so easy! We should not have to tweak around with camera.cfg files.
In those videos you saw they are either using the drone or they have edited the camera.cfg
