So, at least in my case, it is definitely not the cable because it only happens when using FS2020 other VR apps work fine.
Mine would glitch right when I throttled up and the sound volume picked up, so
I just tested by sliding my volume slider down from 100 to 35 and it worked flawlessly.
Now to find out how high I can set it without sound glitching.
