One thing I have found is that the plug into the headset is a bit fragile (mentioned several times above); and the cable clip on the headset is just junk … in fact, mine broke off after about a week. Fortunately there’s a simple solution to this issue at least:
Make sure you have a small (4" or 6" / 100mm or 150mm) cable tie and securely tie the cable to the headset frame on the left side. I’ve clipped mine between the padding and left earpiece with the cable running over the top of the earpiece pivot; and outside of the frame. That works a treat!
