This is a problem related to USB ports on your computer. Switch port or get a external pci usb controller card or switch motherboard. Yes the cable-holder in plastic is ■■■■, it flips away after 2 min. Don’t use that but it’s not a loose cable. It’s a matter of usb trouble. I have no problems using one of my USB3 ports but the problem reappear when using the usb-c port. I’ve flown 30 hours since my last post - no issues.
