Not the stock one.
There is a mod that replaces the G3X with a user customized G1000 NXi. That could allow switch between measurement units.

That is quite a shame. I hope it will get fixed soon.
To be honest, the G1000 Mod is really good. The G3X was never installed in real life on the King Air. There is a recent STC that did put the NXi in the plane so Husk’s mod is very much closer to reality than Asobo’s version.
