Hydraulics while flying the ATR 42/72-600

One way you can fix the no brakes issue is to turn on the Hydraulics crossfeed on the overhead panel, until to have taken off from the airport, which isn’t the correct procedure. The bug was first introduced in the first beta build, as I was in the beta, and with 4 or 5 builds since it started, it was never fixed. Hopefully the issue will be fixed before Sim Update 14, in December. The ATR is an awesome plane to fly, when it is working correctly.

To be fair, I think it’s the aircraft that need to be fixed, not the sim, since they changed how propeller works with SU13. so we will have to wait until the aircraft is updated

Yes, also seeing this after SU13!

Having this issue as well, but for some reason turning on the hydraulic crossfeed doesn’t seem to solve the problem. Once you get moving for a while though, the RPM increases enough to power the system but once you start braking and slowing down, it goes away pretty quick.

Crossfeed wont work, since AC Wild generator are not running on both side for hydraulic pumps to work.

You know, i’m checking the page on the engine.cfg file( engines.cfg ), and it sucks that the file for the ATR is part of the encrypted files, since there a good chance any of us could tweak it to make it work until we get an official patch

I experience the same

Same problem here as well

same problem here unfortanetly

I have this problem in SU14 beta

The ATR was mentioned in todays dev chat and Joerg mentioned that Hans and team are working on fixing a larger list of ATR bugs. ETA would be around January, seems like we have to be patient. I had hoped for an ATR Christmas present.
