I am all new to flying and looking forward to learn.
I just finished the eight-step-programme “flight training” in the Cessna 152 but what now? I can’t find any more training and I’m really not ready for “world map” or “activities” in other aircrafts.
How would you play a “career mode”?
Thanks

Hi @LilleBuh - There is not currently a career mode in MSFS. If you’d like to suggest this feature be added, please post your request in the #self-service:wishlist subcategory where others can upvote your idea.
But, before posting there, please search the subcategory first for another post that already suggests “career mode” and then add your vote to that topic. This helps avoid having duplicate posts. Thanks.

A career mode would be nice! But i imagine that’s not the direction they’re headed to in the near future!
You can try FSEconomy, OnAir, AirHauler, etc. too though if you really wanted to!
Thanks, I’m shooked - how do people know how to fly, if there is no place to learn…?
I thought the eight-step-training could be done in all of the aircrafts in your hangar.
Will more unlock af reaching level 2 (50 hours)?
Oh, we were just discussing this. Check this thread out: FLight School no more?!?!
Hopefully it helps!

Thanks, appeciate it. I’m just trying to figure everything out, but there is so much (including how to use this swebsite).
Don’t worry about it! That’s what we’re here for!
This is not a “game” in that sense. There is no level 2 or anything to unlock. Everything it has is there for everyone to use. The only unlocking I am aware of is to use add ons like buying aircraft or scenery. And in time I am sure there will be free stuff you can add on the internet somewhere. There are already a couple of free things you can add.
There are no levels that I am aware of though. And there is no winning, finishing or beating the game. It just isn’t that kind of a thing. There are some landing challenges though. And I am sure in the future people will add challenges and scenarios for you to mess with.
From the sounds of it what you are looking for would be something like FS economy. Never messed with it myself but you might give it a look.
As for learning to fly certain aircraft look no further than Youtube. There are plenty of tutorials for different aircraft. Some for FS2020 already and I am sure someone will do one on just about every plane in here in the future. However some of the tutorials for planes from other sims might help you out. The basics are pretty much the same.
As for the website, yes this forum layout is a bit odd for me too.
