I bought deluxe edition but see picture

I am able to play standard edition. See picture if anyone can help. I sent to microsoft there told me all steps to reset microsoft store but didnt help anyone has a fix? Thanks

Is your windows login using the microsoft account? or a local user?

If you have multiple ms accounts, switch to the one used to purchase the deluxe ver.
Do click manage option on msfs app in store to find out the status.

Check your microsoft account has your PC/Laptop/whatever as a registered device, it could be due to the 20H2 Win 10 update that created a “new” version of Windows?

Go to microsoft (dot) com, and login, then go to your account and check your devices are registered …

I had an issue because my Xbox services account was linked to another microsoft account that was created by mistake when I joined, instead of just giving me a second outlook com email, it created two Microsoft accounts, and logged me into the new one every time.

You are clicking the wrong button.
Up in the top right corner, click the 3 dots beside your profile pic. Go to downloads. find MSFS and click install.
