I Can Get Streaming Live TV but FS Kicks Me Offline

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

No

Brief description of the issue:

I am running FS on a high-end Windows 10 desktop computer. FS complains that my internet bandwidth is too slow for photogrammetry and goes further and switches me to Offline mode so the scenery is entirely missing.

How come I can get streaming TV but no scenery? Is there a setting in FS that has somehow been changed? I have been using FS for 18 months and it is only recently that this problem has arisen.
