I love the flight sim! I figured now out how to fly with IFR. I have the A32X Mod and when I take off and connect to an other tower (copilot does that) I can hear every sentence they say for some other planes.
What I have to press so I can only hear the things for me?
I had ATC to Auto and now to stands but doesn’t change a thing.
Is it in the menu or can I change it in the aircraft?
this is normal behaivior … if your radio is tuned to a frequency, you hear transmissions on that frequency. There is no artificial intelligence filtering messages by spoken words.
Okay, is it the same with the normal (no mod) A320neo? Because there I didn’t hear that
should be independent of the plane you are flying. just depends on the selected com radio and if the volume is turned on. if you heard nothing in the default A320 maybe there was just no other traffic active on that frequency.
You perhaps should be grateful that ATC is still only single-player, with the aircraft whose communications you hear only being AI/real world flights and not the other human players you might see when in multiplayer.
Perhaps, for now, just let your co-pilot deal with the comms, which should help until you get used to all of the chat.
