Yes it was all working up until 3-4 weeks a go. It was pretty broken since the cut over but could log in … now we flat out cant.

alright, hanve sorted it out by reseting everything and following their merge process. Worked ok in the end and merged the old account into the new one that I had tocreate under my xbox live login.
