The photogrammetry is oddly variable.
London for example is usually awful but the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia is usually spot on with just the occasional blobby tree and you can get down to roof top level before things start to look a bit blurred. This clip is from a patch or two back but it still looks the same even on the current patch:
