I can't play since the begining

I am not able to play. CTDs and stuck after the first configuration :

No response of the devs, no fix.
I am tired of this situation.
I reinstall the game 4 times. Try all advices…

There is clearly something different with your machine compared to most.

I know you say you’ve tried everything but I don’t see these common steps. Which are in the order I do them when I have to:

  1. Stop overclocking (if you do).
  2. Run SFC /scannow
  3. Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  4. Update motherboard drivers.
  5. Update all peripherals drives (jot just Gfx).
  6. Disable all auto-start app (run as little as possible on the machine).
  7. Remove all peripherals, reboot and try again. (connect as little as possible to the machine)

Obviously not being able to start it at all is a blocking issue and is always the first thing a dev fixes. The fact that they haven’t fixed it in two patch drops and so many of us don’t have that issue means it is almost certainly a problem with your machine somewhere.

Unfortunately, I don’t think we get core dumps anymore, so it is harder to find the fault ourselves :frowning:

Thank you… I tried eveything. My Windows, Drivers and system are ok , no corruption, etc…
Thank you for your help.
But this cannot fix my problem.
I can launch MS 2020 but not 2024

i would add, as a test, try slowing down your ram, even slower than its standard specs, for extra stability

Thank you for the comment. I crash again. This is the only game of my library.
I can play old 90’s,00’s and new games like Stalker 2, Empire of ants without issue.
And I can play MS 2020 without issue…
