Very Strange

You can select PER as a destination, and it shows and displays as a VOR

But (as you say) you cannot search on PER 0 nothing comes up under VORS.
A searchj on say EMI finds EMI and lists it under VORS

Now the very strange thing,

With a LNM database updated to current sim, ) That can display PER on the world MAP)

PER VOR is in the LNM database correctly as read by LNM from the MSFS bgl files

Note: My Nav Database is the Navigraph one

If I remove the Navigraph Nav data addon

Then I cannot select PER as a departure point or arrival point

As we can see by the icon on the map, it’s a VOR. I searched it and it’s Pioneer VORTAC. The problem seems to be there there is a PUCNO intersection in the exact same place, but the search should find both of them as the OP says, unless it’s a bug (I didn’t try to search in the sim).

@N6722C I see you edited your post saying LNM can’t find PER. I just searched in mine, also with the latest Navigraph and it finds it alright.

@heaye Do you have Navigraph Installed ?

Looks like only the world map cannot “find” PER !!

LNM Can

575 1957 PER PIONEER K4 H 113200 195 6.0 0 1054 -97.16015625 36.7465324401855 1054 -97.16015625 36.7465324401855

Same sort of non-searchable issue with close by airport 60K6 Earl Henry, Blackwell

VFR Map also has issues displaying Close proximity items,
Of Course Pms50 has it displaying correctly in his GTN750 – would not expect anything less from Pms50 !

KO6B location, is OFF as well…

The more looks into this stuff, the more are discovered !!

while KPNC and most other airports with one runway, have the Airport Center at the mod point of that runway.

ie KNPC

As I showed above, LNM finds PER.
Also KO6B doesn’t exist.
And 6OK6 is off because it’s an empty airport, as the icon indicates (ie, no taxiways, no parking spots and no aprons).

My Typo, as per the Screen shot, it’s obviously 6OK6

Why does it being an empty Airport, with just a Runway, mean that the Airport Marker is offset, and not at the center point of he runway, like other single runway airports ?
