I can't use trackir5 in Microsoft Flight Simulator

I bought Trackir5. After I set it up, it works fine in the test software. There is also a green light on the left side of the lens. But when I open MSFS and want to test it, it doesn’t seem to work. And when I open the MSFS Peripheral Control Panel, its name is not Trackir like in other people’s videos. It’s called Touch Pointer. I think this is not recognized. But I have no solution.

Did you start the TrackIr program before starting the sim?
In my case, it’s the way to go.

Where did you get the driver download from?

Thanks for the suggestion. After testing it, I found that there is an update game in the upper right corner. When I clicked on it, it came available!

Just something that took me after owning TIR5 for 6+ years, if you forget to start up the TrackIR app before starting a game, you can open it in-game then remove and plug back in the USB. It’ll then activate in-game.
