I could need some help with my AMD PC for MSFS, Details in the Posting

Did another thing.

I had XMP on in the BIOS to let the RAM run at it’s designated Max Speed. Since the RAM however is barely used, I have now switched XMP off so the RAM is running at only ~2200 Mhz instead of 3200 Mhz.

Figured that since RAM is no decisive factor, I can let it relax a little.

It makes no influence on the FPS ( I will just leave it off now). FPS in 1080p and 1440p are the same. RAM usage even seems one or two percent lower, but that could just be different weather or slightly different location. RAM usage has never gone above 42% (of the 32 GB RAM).

However, from a first subjective impression it seems to me stutters have gotten less. Maybe the XMP was driving the RAM too hard or something like that. But it could all just be coincidental afer 5 minutes of flying.

I will make some more tests this weekend with my old 16 GB 3000 Mhz RAM to compare the FPS and performance, but for today I am done testing. Need to take a walk (in the real world), have nice lunch, a nice afternoon drink to get into the weekend and do some fun flying without worrying about FPS.
