I deleted MSFS2020 from my computer. I’m done

But you don’t need that kind of performance. I mean, we can debate whether or not 25 is okay, or 30 is okay, but the reality is 35+ is all you need with this app for not just acceptable performance, but ■■■■ good performance. I’m talking about 2D too, VR is a whole different thing. In my experience I get really good performance (as measured by my eyes, not some fps counter) in VR at 25 fps. I do spot check from time to time, which is how I know.

Plus, I don’t even have a “Ferrari of a computer”, although mine, with “just” a 10600K paired with “just” a 2070 Super is probably still in the top 3-5% of users. The 2070S itself is by far the top used “high-end” GPU in existence according to the Steam surveys, and except for really scenery dense environments (KMIA, KLAX, Charles de Gaulle, etc.), I can get 35+ in most places, sometimes even more. I get 53 sitting on the runway at my homefield (KPIE) in a 172 G1000 version with mostly cloudy weather with my non-Ferrari computer. And although I don’t fly in 2D mode anymore (unless taking screenshots is my goal), those sorts of framerates are far more than enough when I do.

So I’m really not seeing what it is you’re complaining about.
